Payments, Insurance, & Fees
We do not accept insurance, however, we provide our clients with a superbill that they can use to get reimbursement from their insurance company.
We believe in providing high-quality and affordable services for clients. Fees are based on a sliding scale. A sliding scale means that payments are made based on the client’s ability to pay.
Dr. Hai’s therapy rates are generally $550 for an hour for a one-time session, however, the rate decreases based on how often the client comes in. Dr. Hai oversees doctoral students and interns who also provide services at our clinic. The hourly rate for interns and doctoral students is generally $150.
Comprehensive assessments are generally $10,000, however, this rate varies based on the services or the hours required to complete the assessment. A comprehensive assessment can take up to 6 hours to administer and can take a total of 20 hours to complete (testing, scoring, interpreting, intakes, feedback, quality control, and the report).
We provide services for young adults (13+), adults, and older adults at our center. If you need a referral for someone who is younger please don’t be afraid to ask!
Clients are welcome to ask about our payment plans, if needed.
If you cannot afford our services, we are happy to provide you with an appropriate referral.
Please note that if a scheduling conflict occurs, appointments must be canceled more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Otherwise, the client will be charged the full amount owed for the session. We understand emergencies can happen rarely and we will work with you if this is a rare occurrence!
