Insurance
Neuro Assessment Center does not accept insurance. A detailed superbill can be provided for clients who wish to seek out-of-network reimbursement through their insurance carrier.
If services are not financially feasible, a referral to an appropriate provider can be arranged.
Payments
Every evaluation is conducted personally by Dr. Hai: the consultation, every hour of testing, the scoring, the feedback, and every communication in between. One clinician holds the entire case.
Comprehensive evaluations are designed for situations where a brief screening is unlikely to fully clarify the clinical picture. The process includes clinical interview, record review, individualized testing, scoring, interpretation, feedback, quality control, and a detailed written report with practical recommendations. The goal is not simply to identify diagnoses when present, but to clarify functioning, treatment direction, and next steps in a way that meaningfully supports individuals, families, providers, schools, attorneys, and treatment teams.
Comprehensive assessments are generally $10,000, though fees may vary depending on the complexity of the referral question and the scope of the evaluation. Testing itself may take up to six hours to administer; the full process, including interviewing, testing, scoring, interpretation, feedback, quality control, and report preparation, typically involves approximately twenty to thirty hours of work.
Services are available for adolescents, young adults, adults, and older adults.
Payment plans are available on request.
Payment Plan
A full neuropsychological assessment is careful, in-depth work, and a real investment. For patients who qualify, the fee can be divided into three payments across three months. This is the only payment plan offered, and everything you need to know is on this page.

Assessment fee — $10,000
Payment 1 — Before your first appointment — $3,333 Scheduling begins once this payment is received.
Payment 2 — One month later — $3,333
Payment 3 — One month after that — $3,334
Total — $10,000
HOW IT WORKS
What to know
One plan only — This is the single payment arrangement available. There are no other options and no exceptions.
Qualification required — Eligibility is determined before we begin. Not every request is approved.
First payment comes first — Your first payment is due before your first appointment. Scheduling begins once it is received.
Paid over three months — Each following payment is due one month after the one before it.
Ways to pay — Pay by credit card, check, Zelle, or bank transfer, including ACH. There is no added fee for paying by card.

Qualifying for the plan
Whether the plan is available to you is an individual determination, made privately during your initial consultation. There is no fixed checklist. Each situation is considered on its own.

Fees
Appointments must be canceled more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Missed appointments or late cancellations are subject to the full session fee. Rare emergency situations are handled individually.
