Payments
Dr. Hai’s therapy rate is $550 per session hour.
Comprehensive evaluations are designed for situations where a brief screening is unlikely to fully clarify the clinical picture. The process includes clinical interview, record review when appropriate, individualized testing, scoring, interpretation, feedback, quality control, and a detailed written report with practical recommendations. The goal is not simply to identify diagnoses when present, but to clarify functioning, treatment direction, and next steps in a way that meaningfully supports individuals, families, providers, schools, attorneys, and treatment teams.
Comprehensive assessments are generally $10,000, though fees may vary depending on the complexity of the referral question and the scope of the evaluation. Testing itself may take up to six hours to administer; the full process, including interviewing, testing, scoring, interpretation, feedback, quality control, and report preparation, typically involves approximately twenty to thirty hours of work.
Services are available for adolescents, young adults, adults, and older adults.
Payment plans are available on request.
Insurance
Neuro Assessment Center does not accept insurance. A detailed superbill can be provided for clients who wish to seek out-of-network reimbursement through their insurance carrier.
If services are not financially feasible, a referral to an appropriate provider can be arranged.
Fees
Appointments must be canceled more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Missed appointments or late cancellations are subject to the full session fee. Rare emergency situations are handled individually.
